Daphne Molnar, MBA, BS, CMAR, RLATG

Daphne Molnar has been with the University of Michigan Unit for Laboratory Animal Medicine for almost ten years.  She has given her talents to a number of increasingly responsible positions, from working as Animal Technician, Animal Care Supervisor, and Breeding Colony Manager Supervisor, to her current position as a Senior Training Specialist.  In addition to training both new employees and lab staff, Daphne is also a past member of the Interviewing Team, the team challenged with the task of finding the right candidate(s) for open job position(s). Daphne has been an active member of both the state and national AALAS organizations, LAMA, and LAWTE. She was awarded the MI AALAS LAT technician of the year award in 2003, and the Robert A. Watkins in 2008.  She has presented at ILAM, LAMA, LAWTE, the Leonardo Automation Club Symposium, Tradeline, Turnkey, and AALAS conferences at the state, district, and national levels.
