Preparing for the Animal Resources (AR) Exam.

This program is designed for laboratory animal program managers and supervisors who are preparing for the AR exam. Topics will include: regulations/policies/procedures, IACUC procedures and responsibilities, human resource management, GLP practices, and occupational health and safety.

The course will be held August 30-31, 2010, two days prior to the NCAB Meeting at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.  The program hours are 1-6 PM on 8/30 and 8 AM to 5 PM on 8/31.

The exam will be held on September 1, 2010 at 8 AM at the same location. Note: Applications to sit for this exam must be submitted to AALAS by 8/23/10.
